Minister of Education visits Richard-Wagner-Gymnasium

What a great event!
The Bavarian Minister of Education Siegfried Schneider visited our school. He was accompanied by Walter Nadler, a member of the Bavarian Parliament, who lives in Bayreuth. In the name of the whole school the guests were heartily welcome by me and my deputy Mathias Weber. After a short visit to the school museum the VIPs were led to our new physics room, which is equipped with an electronic whiteboard. Here Comenius coordinator Uschi Schmack presented the Digiskills Project and vice deputy Hans Buchzik showed how to make use of the electronic whiteboard in science lessons. Then physics teacher Wolfgang Mehl showed two amazing experiments about the effects of the light. We are very proud that the minister decided to visit our school during his short visit to Bayreuth. He said he enjoyed his short stay at our school very much.
