Jorge Riechmann at Guaza.

Who's Jorge Riechmann? A famous Spanish poet (his grandfather was German, if you notice the surname). He's written a lot of books on poetry, although he's also well-known for having published many essays about preserving the environment.
He has just come to IES GUAZA to talk to us about his work. We have enjoyed the visit and we want to share a poem, "Se buscan desertores" ("Searching For Deserters") with all of you. (Sorry. It's in Spanish.)

Cultural Week at Guaza

Cultural Week took place last week at IES GUAZA. All the students enjoyed themselves while they were taking part in some of the multicultural workshops. To put an end to this marvellous week we had a festival in which teachers, parents and students had fun with a lot of wonderful performances.

Just a little pill for our Digiskills friends!!!
