On December 18th IES Guaza has been awarded by the Deparment for Education of the Canarian Government for having worked very hard for intercultural education. Since the very start in 2002, the school has tried to wellcome every single student and to make him or her feel good while he/she shares the time he spends at IES GUAZA together from people from different parts of the world (in fact, 43% of the students are foreigners). We want to share with all the members of disgiskills these good news and to make them realize that our project is a useful tool to make people come together.
The students recieve the prize from the Director General de Ordenación y Promoción Educativa.
